Nd YAG Laser Hair Removal Machine

The Nd Yag laser hair removal machines can successfully be used on darker skin types with minimal risk. The downside is that, since they are designed to safeguard dark skin from blistering, they are significantly less effectual on fine hair. You should not pick an Nd Yag machine if you have white skin.

This laser has the ability to deliver two different wave lengths of light. One is an invisible infrared light used for deeper penetration. This wavelength is used to get to deeper hair follicles. The other wavelength, a green light, is employed for treating hair follicles closer to the surface. In both cases, the Q-switching device emits rapid bursts of laser light to the treatment area.

YAG laser is a newer technique of laser hair removal. Its biggest advantage is that it usually works on all types of skin, particularly on tanned skin and on darker skin, something other lasers cannot do. But still ideal results have not been obtained with fine, light or white hair. Patients have reported that the YAG laser is painful. TheYAG laser system is usually recommended for tanned skin or darkest skin.
